Deciding to see a counsellor or have some coaching sessions can feel like a big decision, but we all have times when life is difficult and challenging. In these times it can be helpful to talk to someone outside your circle of family and friends; someone who will not judge you and is trained to help you think more clearly about your concerns and find a way forward. In my counselling practice my aim is to work with you towards an understanding of the challenges you face and the changes you wish to make.
Some of the issues I am experienced in helping with are:

  • Anxiety and depression
  • Bereavement
  • Health related issues
  • Increasing self-esteem
  • Managing stress
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Work related issues

In my Life Coaching Practice I can help you to achieve goals and develop your potential in your career and in your personal life.
